Orders placed before 2pm ET will ship the same business day.

If you have an upcoming event or a firm in hands date, please let an account representative know. Please contact us to discuss any special delivery information.

Packages can not be shipped to a PO Box and all deliveries will require a signature. For international deliveries please contact us before placing your order.

What If I Need To Return An Item?

Items held in stock are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Log into the store and go to My Account to view your past orders. Follow the instructions on that page to request a return. Call us at 804-560-7000 if you have any questions.
